I'm someone who's always dreaded and felt anxious about going to the dentists. I just want to say that coming to the Dental Suite is the first time I've truly had a positive and comfortable dental experience. From check in with Shayna, exams, cleaning, to getting fillings. Dr. Kim and Vi are both extremely kind, compassionate and provided the most gentle experience I've ever had. Normally with exams, cleanings, and fillings - I've always experienced quite a bit of discomfort (like tugging/pinching at my lips and mouth area.) they were both extremely gentle 😊 They were both so thorough and patient throughout the whole process and made sure I understood what was going on and what was going to be done next. It's surprisingly helpful when Vi or Dr. Kim says "Ok we finished with this, we're going to start this now". They have a TV on the ceiling + headphones to help distract and relax you. It definitely made the appointment go by faster and it helped ease my nerves. And the entire facility was very clean! Thank you so much for being amazing!
